I'm having the exact same problem. EDIT: Plus I am unable to replace quests.

I found out today that the problem might be that I can not gain any XP at all. My current XP is at 5450. I had to concede because of a terrible opening hand. It is shown that I gained 25 XP. But afterwards, my XP remains at 5450 instead of 5475. I can replicate and record a gameplay video if the devs need to see it.

After gaining the first prestige the XP cap is increased, I think. My XP cap is 5500 while most of my friends have the XP cap at 4500 before gaining a level.

Prestige is when you pass level 100, you will gain "Prestige" and go back to level 1. Your XP cap between levels is increased. My XP cap is 5500.

I would love a program to convert the saved battle logs to a replay video, maybe a short video (cut the time thinking), but you can pause, rew, and ff the video. I think that would be cool.
