I managed to make it work. I uninstalled it, cleared the game cache and then reinstalled it in a new location. Previously I had installed it on the internal disk, but now I put it on the external disk and it starts. Try changing the installation path.

Same thing for me too. It crashes all the time and everything was fine before the update. I contacted the service and they told me the usual useless things, then when I told them that I'm not the only one with these problems they told me that they already knew.
