I was winning the game but after losing that turn I ended up losing the game because, as you can guess it, the opponent didn't randomly lose a turn.

Okay, I have just played with someone with 720 points while having 480 myself, meaning it IS cross-league. I won and I have still only got +20. Also, do you not find it a bit odd, that you can win 2 matches, lose 3, and still be climbing? 40% winrate looks weird for someone who is (very slowly) climbing the ladder.

You can always try out your deck against NPC by clicking on Test in the Deck Menu to test out a deck.
