Completely agree. Never had such terrible customer service. Don’t invest any more money into card codes that’s my lesson.

not running any antivirus, stopped working after the latest update on 9/19 gets stuck at 7/40 . Never gives an option to select language. Uninstalled reinstalled 100 times by now

I don’t have an option to clear cache also don’t have an external hard drive. Are we now the technical support for Pokémon tcg? Can they not just fix the issue on their end do we have to become experts to do their job for them?

I’m getting so impatient with them. It’s impossible to find information on what’s actually going on. They are insanely useless when it comes to keeping us updated. Imagine I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on cards and can’t even play the stupid game
