Thank you, I admit my experience with reversal energy is low and I did indeed overlook the evolution parameter. I was behind in prizes, however, I tunnel visioned on the ability.

I've just seen this in my own game playing a Toedscruel ex mirror match. The damage did indeed include the active toedscruel, however, once all the bench pokemon had energy the active no longer counted towards the damage. It capped at the proper 280.

Was pokemon go charizard in play? It's ability doubles the value of fire energy. This would cause the coin flips to double as well.

Playing another game fixed it for me. Just don't leave the main page like I did the first time I seen this bug. I got stuck in the deck screen and had no choice but to close the game.

As you say, a simple mute ability would go a long way if you feel you are being BMd or spammed. At this point, that would be a small quality of life improvement over all the major problems the game has, and is probably way down on the priority list. 😐️

I've encountered four of these as well and two in a row just now. The ladder will be full of these losers exploiting and ruining the game
