Was hoping this update would resolve the log in issue. Does anyone have any info on when the issue will be addressed. Not being able to log in on my mobile devices, 2 phones and a tablet. Now, I have zero problems logging in on my laptop. Any info would be appreciated.

Still unable to log in on either phone or my tablet. It has now been over 2 weeks. The only response that I have received from "Customer Service" is that they are aware of the issue and to keep an eye out for updates and that I will not receive anymore replies. I can't log in on my either of my phones or my tablet. Laptop works just fine though. Can't get an answer regarding the why or when it will be fixed.

I am having the same issue. After putting in my username and password and hitting log in, it just sits there on the same screen with the log in bar from green to grey.
