Can't log in on either of my Samsung phones!

It won't move past this screen after I hit log in. On two different devices. I can log in on my laptop just fine.

Still unable to log in on either phone or my tablet. It has now been over 2 weeks. The only response that I have received from "Customer Service" is that they are aware of the issue and to keep an eye out for updates and that I will not receive anymore replies. I can't find anything regarding the problem anywhere on social media.
