Number of skills of the pokemon
Zapdos launched with only 2 skill sets, I think that's a serious mistake. The charm of Pokémon Unite was being able to choose 2 skills out of 4 possible ones, which made the game more dynamic. Multi Battles for Pokémon Champions Casual Battles
While I understand that Multi Battles are not competitive, they are still fun and help you find and uncover teams and setups you might not think of! Maybe it's just me, but I have a blast messing around and trying to make my team synergize with another team! This would also require 6v6 battles as well.
