This change is one of the worst the devs have ever pushed out.

I play an online simulator so I can play and test fully blinged out decks when a set releases to live my fantasy cuz no way am I playing that irl ESPECIALLY in this economy. SIX MONTHS??? The card might not even be good anymore in six months! Are you kidding me??? Literally why does this change exist, REVERT IT. Focus on actual changes this game needs!

Been saying this for a long time though regarding most changes they make, yet they keep rolling out bad update after bad update. I honestly think they really are not to bothered. I use to think it was incompetence, I use to think they just literally made no effort. Now I think they genuinely don't care. If they want the chase card back in the packs which is what I think they were aiming for with the 6 months craft delay then they have approached it all wrong. They needed to do what Master Duel did with the UR (Ultra Rare), SR (Secret Rare), R (Rare) and N (Neutral) currency depending on the cards. It makes no sense to me why a Banette ex is the same price as Raging Bolt ex for example. One is barely used and the other is Meta. Asking these developers to do this to the game though would break it more. Every update is a quick fix update that's why the updates are so poor. They are not capable of fixing this game or they simply do not care. I honestly open the app maybe once or twice a month now compared to once or twice daily like I did back on PTCGO.

    Correct me if I'm mistaken.

After this change, newly released cards from most recent expansion can still be "crafted" for trainer point even day one after the release, and only the "secret rare" illustration version of those cards have six months restriction. Is that correct?

If so, then this change makes makes very little sense besides making illustration cards truly rare in PTCGL.

Are all the complains then about that even though you can potentially build new top meta deck even on the first day of the release, you can't show off with illustration cards unless you got lucky while opening the boosters?
