Afk punishments

I have been playing this game not long after it came out and does anyone have any reasons why unite don't implement a real punishment system for people who go afk, rage quit etc. I always feel if they implemented a system like R6 siege we would have more people staying in matches

It'll make people, who might be wrongly punished for things that might have triggered it, mad.

So far all it seems like they’re doing is withholding fair-play points, sadly.
