Why was Sean Schemmel uncredited as Ash's Dracovish for the Journeys anime series?

As of its anime debut, I knew that Sean Schemmel was uncredited as providing his original voice role as Ash's Dracovish for his Journeys anime series, now I wonder why?

    Whoa, that’s crazy! Had no idea that Goku’s English VA also voiced Ash’s Dracovish.
