How do you get out of Area Zero???
I have been stuck in this area for a couple weeks now and I NEED HELP!!!

Wait, seriously? Is it your first visit?
You can teleport between research stations and the entrance after you unlock them, I believe. Not sure if that is restricted on your initial visit, but if so just keep heading to the bottom and progressing the story.

I don’t think that’s what they are talking about I think they are literally stuck it happened to me once I initiated a battle with a pawniard and it sent me into a rock with no escape I had to teleport out through map I think

Press - and Fly to a different place by pressing one of the icons that have a wing on them (they do not appear if you have zoomed out too much).

circle around on land counterclockwise from station 1 (be sure you’re descending) until you make it to station 3, once you’re there, station 4 is in the cave directly across from 3, just don’t fall and you’ll be fine.

@jbryaniii Use the map with Y. Then Flying Taxi to any place on the map that you can. I like to go to Medali. (Normal Type Gym Town)
Then from there regroup your team (Heal your Pokémon, Level them up and more)
Then head back to Area Zero to progress the story.
