Skarmory in gen 2.
...What do you mean it's already a gen 2 Pokémon?
(I would change Skarmory to gen 3. Then we don't have to wonder why Jasmine has two Magnemites in her team instead of one and a Skarmory, we can just say it wasn't there yet.)
(I would also say something about Magcargo but I didn't play the OG Johto and there are no Fire type specialists in it, so I don't even know what opportunities were missed resulting in no one knowing it's a Johto mon. Change it to gen 3 to excuse barely any Johto trainers using it I guess?)

Volcanion should’ve been added to Super Mystery Dungeon. It’s the only pre-gen 7 Pokémon not in the game.
