No Pokémon anime movies based on his Sun & Moon and Journeys anime series? Why?

Say, other than Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution for only one of them that took place in the Pokémon main TV anime's continuity, I knew that Japanese animation production company OLM, Inc. had not actually produced any kinds of Pokémon anime movies based on the Sun & Moon or Journeys anime series in favor of the Pokémon alternate continuity anime movies. But I'm just wanting to know why you think there haven't actually been any kinds of Pokémon anime movies based on the Sun & Moon or Journeys anime series at all, but only instead the Pokémon alternate continuity anime movies? Please let me know, thanks.

    Because movie theaters are were becoming less popular

    If I get the chance to do pokemon movies, they will tie directly to the main series as canon instead of fillers or Alternate universes.

    It's also possible that the area in the Alola region's too small same with the amount of Pokemon in said region and Galar.
