I forgot my previous PTCGO password, is there really no way to get all my cards and items?

For reference, I had an account I used on and off for a few years, and I enjoyed playing on the TCG live game. I was pretty interested in the new game, so I downloaded it a few weeks ago, but I didn't have the option to migrate my cards. I used the same email for that account that I do now, and I could find the password for it, but I don't remember if I had a Trainer Club Account. The original TCG live game is down now, and I can't go back and figure it out. Is there any way to get my cards back?

    Hello, I recommend opening a ticket with the support team. You can do so by visiting https://support.pokemon.com/ then click the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link. From there click "Contact Us" Thanks!
