Why my MacBookpro 2016 couldn’t enter the game?
Who could help me to play game on my Mac?
Is that my macbook’s year too old? Or any bug in the ptcg for Mac ?

No, but it might be a combination of both. Your MacBook is likely too old and may not have enough data to run PTCG. Besides, it's buggy enough that most of the unanswered questions in this entire forum were asked by people who had all sorts of problems with that game.

I have a Macbook Pro from around that same timeframe and, when compared to my iPad Pro that was released 5 years later, it has trouble running the game at the best of times. If I were to guess what the cause is it would probably be the hardware: the graphic cards, processors, and RAM are really out-of-date (with the RAM being a key factor, both the 2015 model I have and the 2016 model you have only have 8 GBs of RAM and said RAM comes in the form of LPDDR3).
My suggestion would be to get a newer model computer.
