Game crashed while opening packs? Where do I go?

Got kicked out after redeeming 50 codes- opened two or three packs and the app. Crashed. How do I get back to the packs?

  Hello, I recommend opening a ticket with the support team. You can do so by visiting https://support.pokemon.com/ then click the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link. From there click "Contact Us" Thanks!

  i think its may already done since we put the code and redeemed them ?

  You don't. The packs opened as soon as you collected them. The animation is just for show.
