How to delete lost Pokemon Trainer Central account

Hello, I wanna ask how do you guys get to delete your lost/hacked PTC account? I lost access to mine and they're able to change the login info, so I'm unable to even recover the login through email since they also changed it to theirs. This PTC account is linked to my 5-year old Pokemon Unite account that I actively use and play and I don't want to lose access to that too. Also, I have sent a ticket to both Pokemon Unite and Pokemon Trainer Central customer support and all I get are automated replies with no proper action to help. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks now after trying to contact a person from them. If any of you guys can help, I would appreciate it!

    It's actually easy to change the email or delete the account if one has access to it… even though PTC supports 2FA, once a hacker gets in and changes the linked email you are locked out.

    They should implement better security during email changes... like requiring confirmation from the old email first... this is pretty common, it's odd they don't require it.
