currently, it’s: have joltik spam jolting charge while zeraora and is on the bench to attach as much energy to it as possible, let joltik get knocked out (or just retreat), and then attempt at sweeping with zeraora’s thunderous fist (now with at least 180 power)
im not good at explaining things, and i think it’s pretty obvious im new to this,,

The deck actually looks really good!
I would probably say Brock's Scouting would do it some good
If you're wanting something that forces the opponent to change Pokémon, Boss' Order would probably be better
Granted, no confusion effect but you aren't restricted to a specific stage
This is really good, though!
Especially being new!
