Locals have completely different metas to each other based on the local deck spread so can't give too concreate of an opinion but the deck doesn't look terrible you may struggle against fast aggressive decks like bees, hide 'n sneak, Ogerpon, but it should do better against slower decks like alakazam, either TR variant and slower pult setups
