No they do, but there is no humans in this world it’s a world only inhabited by pokemon in the mystery dungeon world you fight dungeon pokemon some creatives portray them as ferals not civilized that fight in the dungeons or conscious or some potray dungeon pokemon as straight up illusions there are other interpretations but those are the two that first came to my head
