Subtly wishes this was during the session
Need I remind you that you got the Net + Stick. Based on your luck, I'm not sure it's in your best interests. Plus my subtle threat isn't so subtle if you continue behaving in the manner in which you are(btw I did crit on that roll). We got a job to do and prefer you focus on that. Considering where we will be going, you'll have ample opportunity to explore and loot various dungeons and falling into various traps you could have avoided, likely requiring myself and others to bail you out from your plight.
My grandmother told me stories about Beira doing the same with her party and it seems things are repeating yet again that ultimately led to their apparent failure. I don't want that because I don't think the world can survive another. I already lost my mother to it and pray no one else has to share my fate or pain ever again.
So I'll ask politely one last time, enough with the shenanigans.
Btw, I need to go to Vegas because I inexplicably rolled 2 + 2 for another crit(which won't count but figured it'd get my point across).

Only one issue
I'm pretty sure the heroes went missing after saving the world...
Anyways, Catsuki's response probably would have been something along the lines of "I don't know anything you're talking about! I don't know these heroes. I never had a family that told me tales! But if we do run into any of that stuff I can easily get myself out. I've relied on myself my whole life and made it this far. I can get farther!"

Did they save it? Story was unfinished as far as I'm concerned and it can be written or retconned if need be to where they failed on their overall objective. Needless to say, Katara is still the serious when she needs to be character that Beira was. You can say it runs in the species 😇
@clasingla So as I said on your wall, we have to figure out what our Hope counts are before we head into Session 2. No rush though given we have three weeks but it's something we have to do beforehand and the chaos from our session made it to where I didn't know if it was an action roll or a reaction roll. Didn't really matter in D&D because there wasn't a resource attached to it like there is in Daggerheart so noting if it's action or reaction should be something we do going forward. Purely for resource tracking purposes as that'd help not just us but you too because then you'd know if you get a Fear like we would with respect to Hope.
My initial scan is that I got 2 for a total of 4, Hades rolled a lot so possibly has the max of 6 despite spending at least one on Experiences, Shadow has I think 3 while Pokemom and Siennas have two respectively(latter of whom missed the session). So if I'm right, then Hades can really do some things next time.
Oh and are we in a state of rest right now? Even if it's a short rest I only ask because we can be doing downtime activities like preparing for the next session to generate another Hope resource.

Long rest it is. Going to prepare for next session(+1 Hope) and I'm going to start a long term project to create protective wards for my fellow Allies. May take until I'm Tier 3 but the goal is to give them protective wards like my necklace that will behave like my Rune Ward spell(if permitted) or Aurora Veil. Otherwise I can find something else to do like upgrading Equipment.
Edit: I'll add that it's +2 Hope if more than one character prepares so given we have no HP/Stress/Armor to clear, all we can do is Hope + Project.
