No rush. Group B doesn't meet until the 25th, unless your dead set on being in Group A that meets tomorrow (wherein you can join up on Session 2 on August 1st or later if GM is busy).

Group (A) first session July 11th
You can if you want to make two characters. Problem is that one group starts tomorrow so one character would have to wait until Session 2 to make their grand entrance. As for the YT videos, if you look at my FAQ I quoted on page 97 of the Prep thread, I have links to the various important things needed to create a character in Classes, Subclasses, Domains, Community, Experiences, Traits, Weapons and Armor. From those links, you can create your character as you see fit.
