I should know but I don't...

18:00 UTC. Take your time zone and adjust accordingly. For Pacific Timezone, it's UTC -7 or 11:00.

Well considering the only character that can Mega Evolve is Shiroboshi(due to Z-A), I don't really see that as a big factor other than perhaps as an opponent. Not even sure what impact that'd have other than stronger traits, more damage dice; or increased Stress/HP pool.
Gigantamax is a temporary but powerful battlefield boost(no idea how to apply it here) while Tera would permit type changes and or boosted STAB(which again I don't know how id apply).

With respect to Equipment upgrades, am I to assume that a vendor will be selling such upgrades when we reach Tier 2 or can we get lucky and find such upgrades as loot. Similarly, could we upgrade our Equipment via a Long Rest project. Also will there be items that provide a boost to traits when equipped(outside of Bellamie Armor that gives +1 Presence). Latter is more for bumping Strength for our Seraph because Prayer Dice wins award for best Class Feature and the fact that it's be nice if such Equipment existed for the other five Traits(more Instinct never hurts). I am aware of Channel Armor but it only bumps Spellcast rolls, not the trait associated with it so Seraph wouldn't benefit from having more Prayer Dice(or me with respect to Unleash Chaos tokens). In other words, down with Presence bias 😇

i will probably have more tier 2 stuff closer to when you get to and are at level 2 and will be more focusing on (weak) magic items and gold along with pokemon exclusive items (I will be pulling from mystery dungeon as well as a bit from the mainline games) as the main loot you will recieve at level 1
for mystery dungeon stuff expect it a bit later since I'll have to homebrew that
also i have decided what to do with poison and burning
poisoning and burning will not tick every turn and each time you make an action and roll with fear you must roll a d6 for poison if you roll a 6 on normal and a 4 or higher when badly poisoned you mark a stress, for burn though you mark a hp but instead of rolling a d6 you roll your fear die and must get a 12 to get effected by the burn
paralysis will work like instead of having to make an agility to safely move from far range to melee range, yeah well when your paralyzed your speed is lowered that means that you have to make an agility check to move from close range to melee range with a temporary -2 to all attack rolls
sleep/drowsiness will make you have the vulnerable condition for 1d4 turns and be unable to use your pokemon moves
frozen will make you have the restrained condition and you will be unable to use your pokemon moves
