Organising TCG Binder

There's a comic store not far from where I live(I think). Been there for years but it's doubtful it's still open or even sells Cards. Only other place that comes to mind would be Best Buy or GameStop with the Tins that are obscenely overpriced. All because of scalpers and the possibility that a chase card is inside. Don't know of anyone selling singles unless I find a card show or something. Biggest reason as to why I haven't started, if I was mind you, is I wouldn't know where to start.
