Can Meowscarada and Lurantis be a good team?

For a better answer, the two wouldn't work together but each is uniquely powerful, so they would be a great duo
Contrary Liligant deals big damage with buffs instead of stat decreases
Meowscarada Flower Trick can ensure a crit but can also adapt to situations with Protean
I don't see any real chemistry between the two but they are strong enough to hurt opponents together

When I think Lurantis, I think of the Totem Pokemon and Solar Blade(via Sunny Day). Problem is Lurantis has 45 base speed so without Trick Room or something to give it a hearty Speed boost, it'll struggle to get moves off and without Sunny Day or harsh sunlight via a Drought user for Solar Blade will relegate it to Leaf Blade(which you can get via Leafeon or another Grass user with substantially better speed).
As for Meowscarada, it's signature move is indeed strong and has the speed to sweep but doesn't exactly give anything to Lurantis (imo).

Espeon and Sylveon would be crushed by a Steel type. Then again you do what you like the most.
