Never played a demo so I wouldn't know but my thinking is that it won't transfer. Doesn't take that long to reach the first Dungeon though. If you know what your doing, figure ~10 minutes but if you go slow and explore and factoring in first time delay, maybe 30 minutes or so.
Any game with Zelda as the main character is a win in my book. I've played traditional Zelda and the Dungeons are just like Dungeons in A Link to the Past or Links Awakening. Whether they're as difficult is another question.

Also it’s for literal blind people so add ableism to the counter for people who consider it ai, even though it isn’t and you can turn it off

It’s not Ai though so sucks so much so thats why saying something is ai when it isn’t is annoying
Also they allow you to turn it off instantly when you start for the people who aren’t deaf
