Use whatever you want. Need I remind you and everyone else that your Domain card picks are not set in stone. The two cards you pick now go into your active loadout while the rest go into the vault. As you level up, you gain access to more Domain card slots, up to a max of five. During rest periods you can freely swap cards from your vault into your loadout and vice versa. Yet you can also do this during sessions but it is stressful to do so. Namely if you "recall" a card from your vault to swap into your active loadout, you have to mark a number of stress slots equal to the card's recall cost(which for level 1 is either zero or one depending on the card). Meaning instead of the two cards you start with, you technically have all 6, provided you're willing to pay the Stress to do it when you need a particular ability or spell.
TLDR: So what if you have the same spells or abilities. In reality, all Rogues do, regardless of what they start with.
@clasingla can vouch and clarify any mistakes I may have made.

the vault is different and something that happens when you get to higher levels and get new domain cards of those said higher levels you can only hold rather 5 or 6 domain cards at a time (i forgor how much exactly) and any additional domain cards you get when you level up go into the vault you can mark a stress to swap one of the domain cards in your hand with one in your vault i think there is something else that is supposed to happen i remember reading i just forgot exactly what
edit: should have read your full description you were correct with describing the stress cost with the vault

Some cards have a recall cost of zero. If it's one, then you mark a stress but if it's zero, then that would be free(afaik). I could be wrong but that is my understanding of it.

i think your understanding of the cost is right i just remembered reading something about stress related to this i just forgot what it was exactly
but the rest you don't choose at level one does not go into your vault you only will need to start utilizing the vault at level 6 and higher
