Good start. Tower Shield is a Secondary so what do you want as a Primary Weapon? Options are Broadsword(Agility), Mace(Strength), Dagger(Finesse), Cutlass(Presence), Rapier(Presence), or Crossbow(Finesse). The trait in parentheses is the trait utilized on attack rolls. Also, Broadsword yields+1 on Attack rolls while the Rapier can hit another target within range after you mark a stress slot.
Given your trait distribution, I'd do Mace. Your Domain cards are solid, Class Hope Feature is the same for all Guardians in Frontline Tank. Leather Armor is a solid choice.
Just leaves Experiences and what Potion you'd like to have at game start(Health or Stamina). For Experiences, they can be words, phrases or skills you can call upon to give you a boost on any action, reaction or attack roll by spending a Hope to get a +2 to that roll. Mine are Affable, a characteristic that makes it easier for me to talk with NPC's and Healer(in a pinch I can possibly save someone from death by cleaning a wound or something involving healing).
You can utilize immense Strength to get a boost on attack rolls and light footed to help you get around clandestinely. Granted that's just a couple examples. Feel free to pick whatever you like.
As for Potion, Health restores HP slots while Stamina clears/restores Stress slots. Pick what you want to have.
Forgot to add that Evasion would be 9(base) -1(Tower Shield penalty) = 8 and HP is 7(which is pretty good). Your Damage threshold will be 8/15(6/13 from Leather Armor and you get +2 bonus. +1 from being level 1 and +1 from Stalwart subclass) with an Armor score of 3(Leather Armor) +2(Tower Shield) = 5. Armor score means how many Armor slots you have or the number of times you can use your Armor to reduce incoming damage. Five is pretty good.

Health potion
And I’ll do mace

Coming together nicely. All that is left is Experiences. Sticky Fingers is another example that could be used to get a big boost on climbing but also could apply to looting or stealing something(like before you beat the snot out of Hades for trying to swindle you). Anyways, I'll leave the rest to you.
