what’s ancestry font?

Your Pokemon species. A character's background in Daggerheart is comprised of two components: their Community(aka where they come from) and their ancestry or race. Normally you'd pick from the likes of Human, Elf, Orc, Dwarf, etc. but instead of those races or species we have Pokemon.

also I forgot to say this earlier for my idea for Pokémon moves you start knowing 2 Pokemon moves to use a Pokemon move you spend 2 hope points, you don’t have to roll to hit and Just roll damage, when you level up adding an additional move will be an option their will be tier one moves (the ones you start out with) tier 2 moves (moves you can pick from if you chose so from levels 2-4) tier 3 moves (levels 5-8) and finally tier 4 moves (levels 8-10)

Interesting, although it'd still be worth it to roll duality dice for Pokemon attacks. Could have it influence secondary effects like status conditions. Speaking of which what effects will they have? Paralysis could yield the target to mark stress slots to move to the point where they literally cannot move.

also @Lonestar85 i had an idea for snow warning (I’ll use the long rest but it will be 1d4 long rest and 1 hope thing for the cost but I will also make it give you a stress ) you may cause a snow storm within close range ice type moves are boosted when used in the snow storm
And I think I will buff snow cloak to be you gain the hidden condition while in snow

also @Shadow_Sylveon and @PokeMom244 since both of you want to do something in the eevee line would you like me to make 2 different eevee ancestry so you guys aren’t relegated to the same ancestry features per say
