Additional Background info:
I'm split between two back stories
First is that she was kicked out her community for being too care-free. She took this without caring, leaving her village to dance around towns and (unintentionally) annoy others. She always seems happy and never takes anything seriously.
Second is she was still kicked out her community but because she only cares about herself. She has a huge attitude and believes she's better than others, using her dances to prove her superiority over others.

She travels from town to town offering aid and wanting to help with anything. However, she's clumsy and doesn't always think things through, leading to her making situations worse. She's trying, though!
