The Poké Ball plus+ releases soon and so does the app. Anyone excited for it? I cant wait to get some good sleep as now its going to incentivize me to get better sleep.

    Does anyone know the best island to use slowpoke. I finally got one with their tail as an ingredient and I would like to know the best place to use it
