infected is like a virus that spreads think of like Covid or Spanish flu
Edit: they most likely don’t need to bite if virus
Undead means that the people are basically walking corpses

Oh, OK, let's do Palossand just 1,000,000,000 Palossand and Sandyghast to guard the island (maybe Conkeldurr to make a house spheal or tropius for food+ water)

Its Ultra Sun and its Shield Pokédex entries say it sucks vitality and life force.
