Yes (you can make an account so you don't lose the images if you lose the link, but I've been using it without an account and it's not a really big problem. But if you post a photo, details about the device/camera that took it will be visible. Non-camera images, like digital art and screenshots, show nothing, so if you take a photo of something and want to post it, you can maintain full privacy by screenshotting the photo you take). You can also read the terms of service and privacy policy if you want to make sure it's OK yourself (just in case this sounds sarcastic or mocking, that's not the intention, I genuinely mean it. If you want to make sure a website's not suspicious, you can try reading those things, or at least the parts that sound relevant to what you want to know, to be fully sure there's nothing wrong with it. It's probably good to always make sure).
