This advice will not be 100% accurate without knowing the exact list you're playing but it explains the main points of the deck.

Using Mewtwo ex - The deck has a main strategy of playing which is maximising energies on bench for discarding using Mewtwo ex's ability, this is done using Spidops ability "Once during your turn, you may attach a Basic Energy card from your discard pile to this Pokémon".

Using Spidops - Spidops is great for certain match ups where you need either grass weakness or 1 prize stalling with good damage. Its attack is a 2 energy for a max of 180 damage (before weakness or resistance) - GC Rocket Rush 30× (This attack does 30 damage for each of your Team Rocket's Pokémon in play.), this includes the Spidops using the attack.

Because of Spidops attack you should maximise the amount of Pokémon on bench; 2 Mewtwo ex 2 Spidops and 1 Articuno should be on your field 99% of the time these can be grabbed using
Team Rocket's Proton and Ultra balls (when using ultra balls with a Spidops on the field try to discard basic energies as you can retrieve using its ability)

Certain match ups require focus on different parts of the deck:
Mewtwo ex (Mirror, Dragapult, Ogerpon, Okidogi, Raging Bolt, Lucario)Spidops (Crustle, Festival, Garchomp, Zoroark, Mega Zygarde)

Advice for making you deck better would be adding Lillie's Clefairy ex for 1 shot potential using Mewtwo ex against Dragapult ex

Sorry if parts of this don't make sense just tag me and if you need clarification on anything
