I just saw Post Malone on Pokemon. Is he a Pokemon?

My friend sent me a TikTok of Post Malone on a Pokemon card. Now I don't really know anything about Pokemon. But does that make him a Pokemon? I tried asking my Nephew but then he started bullying me.

  He is not a Pokémon

  This just means a fan of both Post Malone and Pokémon created a card of him
