Where is it? And is it really an auto-patcher as implied?

I'm a bit confused about your questioning. A patcher should be available now with the game install from last week's update. Are you not seeing this for the desktop version of the game?

@TPCi_CursedSoup I downloaded the installer from the website, but it seems to be the exact same installer as before. Same size, and running it asks if I want to repair, modify or uninstall.

Oh! I see now; that's confusion on my end. So the patcher will only appear and update when there's a new version of the game that needs to be installed. Right now, this is only intended as a patcher to help with these updates and not an overall game launcher.
Hopefully, that makes a bit more sense.
