Unable To Redeem Code Cards

Morning All,

Just wondering if anyone else if having trouble redeeming code cards?

I keep getting a message saying "The code card has already been redeemed" when i have only just opened the packs.

It's not all codes, it seems random ?

    Having the same issue here on the last two packs purchased - extremely frustrating for my son.
