The Pokémon Colosseum games. It would be nice if they had a few updates and QoL features to make them a bit less of a slog in parts. They don't need completing them as a barrier to completing the gen 3 Pokédex to incentivise sales and discourage rentals any more. Blockbuster is not a threat to Pokémon sales.
I know the whole premise was around stealing Pokémon ("ethically") rather than capturing non-existent wild ones in Poké-Arizona, but maybe we could have some wild Pokémon in a remake. As a treat.
At that point they are just making a Pokémon game with the Snag'em machine, though.
My other choice would be the Pokémon TCG games. I know that seems redundant with Online, now Live's existence, but it was nice having a story along with the games. It would be cool if they let you play with the original sets or using newer sets. That would let people who hadn't played the original experience it and offer something new to those who had played the originals.
