How do I enter the Pokémon card art contest

I have got my bidoof card ready to be sent, but the website only tells me what to draw. Could anyone please help

I don't know where to submit but is Bidoof one of the options to draw?

@AndTom yo, I was looking on the competition website and they said that you shouldn't draw shinies - bidoof fighting arceus sounds incredible, though.
