Why didn't Cynthia's Kommo-o make its own anime comeback?

I knew that Cynthia's Kommo-o that she has right now in rotation had appeared in only one Pokémon anime episode, "The Gates of Warp!". However, unfortunately, I'm just wanting to know why you think that Cynthia's Kommo-o didn't appear in any of the next anime episodes at all from throughout Ash Ketchum's entire main anime history?

    Because she doesn't have it in the games. It was probably just a reference to her Pokémon Masters Sygna Suit, as that's the only other place she used one (she had one in Masters before using it in the anime).
