Which Pokémon do you think are the strongest in the world?

I think Arceus, Terapagos, Rayquaza, Mewtwo, Eternatus and Mew are the six strongest Pokémon in the entire Pokémon world

Arceus' true form is the most powerful. The one we see is implied (I think in PLA) to be only a fraction of it and much less powerful despite being one of the strongest Pokémon we've seen. So how strong is the real Arceus?

groudon and kyogre are also on the list because that can change entire land and maybe jirachi sense it can grant any wish.

I think Terapagos is very strong too, it can distort time-space, it also has access to all types of Pokémon and not to mention that not even the Master Ball can contain it.

In terms of lore the three strongest in my opinion are Mewtwo (because they said it was the strongest), Arceus (because it is a deity), and Victini (because its Pokedex entry says it can never lose).
