Trying to remember a NPC from a Pokemon game.

I am trying to figure out the name of a NPC from one of the Pokemon games. I believe it was in either Black and White or X and Y, could have been a different game though. I am pretty sure it was a female, she wore like a helmet or a mask that hid her face and had a digital display on it. I think it displayed a letter on the display. Any and all searched I have done have yielded no results. Perhaps I am misremembering.
