Is the Charizard Ultra Premium Collection Worth it?

New player and collector here. I am thinking about investing in an Ultra Premium Collection. While the Scarlet and Violet 151 will be releasing one, the one I've been leaning towards is the Charizard Collection. My question is if it's worth it.
The main con right now is the price, however, what it includes is why I want it. As someone who is collecting and relearning to play the TCG, sixteen packs can provide quite a bit. The placemat will come in handy when I start going to tournaments in my area. And having the coin and the die would also come in handy as a player.
