Hello,

Yesterday I was crafting cards and when I crafted a Goodra vstar said "exchange failed" I tried 2 times and then I lost my crystals. I restarted the app and I had the cards but I had 1 card more that the cards that I needed. Can I have a refund? Was a bug of the game.
