I have A Friend who would download and migrate if we could battle. i just want to know so i can battle him. also if i can do that, how? Can you show me or guide me

To add a friend and duel them in TCG Live go to your Profile and click FRIENDS button, then click ADD FRIEND, you type the their screen name in the text box and press Send. After they accept the request you can challenge them from your friends list.

Doesn't work for me. The "challenge friend" option is greyed out.
