I’m new to Pokémon tcg

If I wanted to build a deck like this how would I go about it on this game do I have to go on a website to buy the cards single or do I just get packs until I get the cards I need for the deck

    A couple of points:

    • When you import a deck list into Live, it shows what you own for the default art. But you may already have copies in another art.
    • You can go on a website and buy online codes, which you enter into Live. Focus on buying codes for one of the smaller sets. As you pull duplicate cards beyond the limit you can have in one deck (usually 4), they are automatically converted into Credits. You can then use these Credits to Craft the cards that you need.
    • You can build the decks you want as a budget player if you are willing to wait some. Focus on making progress on the Battle Pass (make sure you purchase the Premium Battle Pass). This will grow your collection of Crystals & Credits. You can buy products in the in-game store with the Crystals and use the Credits to Craft the cards that you still need.
