Would Decidueye take damage if they have big Parasol attached?

    If it's an effect of an attack (instant ko, placing damage counters) then no.

    If you're talking about baby Decidueye and it's damage from a non-V Pokemon, then yes, it will take damage, as "damage is not an effect".
