Because you cannot fix this yourself, you must open a ticket with the Pokémon support team:
When you fill out the ticket description, clearly state that you entered an incorrect birthdate by mistake during registration. Be prepared to include:
- Your Player ID / Support ID and in-game username.
- The email address linked to the account.
- Your actual date of birth.
State clearly that you are willing to provide official verification (like an ID card or passport photo) to prove account ownership and your true age if they request it.
