Back to my old Pokemon card collection
Hello there
I found my old collection from the early 2000s, where I had some cards from the first and second gen.
I'm missing about 100 cards and was thinking of completing it by getting the cards I need to get all 251.
They don't necessarily all have to be first edition or NM, but it's fine even if I find them poor/played. For example about Charizard, I have a pretty destroyed Dark Charizard but I'm fine with that.
I have all the starter evolutions and even the legendaries except Ho-Oh, so I thought it wouldn't be too expensive, but looking for the missing cards, it turns out I'd have to spend about €200.
I'm completely out of the world of collecting, but I saw some cards like Delibird on sale for between €13 and €70, and I was like, WTF?!
All this to ask: does it make sense to buy them now? Or is it better to wait?
I mean, I've waited 20+ years to even think about doing this so a little more time would be indifferent to me lol thanks
